曾經是工程師的第五代傳人。天生對於機器設備具有熱情，因此在醪汁的沸點及蒸餾器上進行了調整，進而發現了的新味道。這是一款以質樸柔和的風味為目標，經過多次失敗修正後，終於在平成16年正式誕生的大麥燒酎。口感佳、大麥本身淡淡的香甜在口中瀰漫開來的風味相當受到歡迎，是一款各年齡層都能接受的新風味麥燒酎。

AKAKAGE, Barley SHOCHU

The previous profession of the fifth head of the family was engineering. Being an inherent mechanic, he made precise adjustments to the boiling point of the MOROMI mash and the distiller. He then uncovered a new taste. Through the process of trial and error, this barley SHOCHU made its debut in 2004. The smooth taste and natural sweetness from the barley will spread delightfully in your mouth. It is popular with all age categories.
