甘藷燒酎母智丘千本櫻

創業以來留傳下來本酒廠唯一的甘藷燒酎。過去一度停止生產，在闊別35年後的平成25年復產的自信商品。甘藷是採用南九州盛產的「黃金千貫」品種，水則是與其他款燒酎相同，來自於廠內古井所取之地下水。生產過程使用黑麴，呈現沉厚結實的口感。溫和的甘甜滋味也深受女性的喜愛。

MOCHIO SENBONZAKURA, Sweet Potato

The one and only sweet potato SHOCHU from the Yanagita brewery. Its production was ceased for 35 years; it was proudly revived in 2013. The sweet potatoes called “KOGANESENGAN” are richly harvested in Southern Kyushu and we use our underground spring water, this is the same spring water we have used for generations and is used in all of our products. Adding hand-made black Koji creates depth of taste, yet the gentle sweetness is attractive with the ladies as well.
